Requirements To read <<<STATIC>>> you need to have Netscape 2. Higher versions are likely to cause lose of certain elements of the story, although it may still be read with almost as much enjoyment. Netscape 3 does not allow these elements for some reason, but I have not tried it with versions higher. You may also use Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 as this browser maintains these elements. If you experience any problems with your browser please let me know.
